Whether they are France-based startups developing their business presence in the U.S., or U.S.-based startups founded/or led by French entrepreneurs, the FAEA empowers the winners with a unique opportunity to reach their next level of development with:

ELEGIBILITY
Your Startup already operates in the US (FEIN required) for at most 4 years.
Your Startup can be the subsidiary of a Startup in France (operating for at most 3 years in France).
The startup is managed by a French-speaking executive (CEO, President, or any other C-level position).
The startup is owned by a French founder or a French fund with a minimum of 10% equity.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications will be accepted until Thursday April 27th 2023. Only the first 30 valid Applications will be accepted.

AWARDS CEREMONY
Startups need to assess their eligibility, comply with the FAEA rules and submit their application and Executive Summary (in English) by May 7, 2024 at 11:59pm (Eastern Standard Time)
The Jury will assess eligible startup participants based on the innovative, viability, profitability and scalability aspects of their business model and select the Winners.
The 3 Winners will pitch and participate (in-person) in a Q&A in front of the Jury in the offices of former FAEA winner Extend in New York City on Sunday June 2nd, 2024
